Dr. Dallas Wilkinson has a Ph.D. in Chemistry, an MBA in Technology Management and is graduate of the Australian Institute of Companies Directors. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and a Fellow of Institute of Quarrying, Australia (IQA).

Dallas is a customer-focused, strategic international leader growing businesses and people by applying and commercialising technology. Before joining Dennemeyer, Dallas had over 30+ years in the Global Mining Services sector gaining extensive international experience in roles spanning R&D, technology, sales, marketing, general management, strategy, safety, risk, manufacturing, operations and business turnarounds.

His interest for global roles and different cultures developed when he was awarded an Alexander von Humboldt post-doctoral fellowship at Munich's Technische Universitat. Dallas has published over 50 scientific and technical papers and presented at many conferences throughout the world.

Dallas has been on boards for over 20 years and his directorships currently include Austmine - Australia's premium industry association for Mining, Equipment, Technology and Services. He is an active and passionate mentor in programs including AusIMM Women in Mining, Women in International Resources and Austmine's innovation mentoring program. 


Justin Bain

Justin Bain

Justin Bain is a Royal Military College (Duntroon) graduate who retired from the military in December 2017 to fulfil the CEO role with 3ME Technology. Justin’s foundations in the military were as a Signals Officer (Communications Information Systems and Electronic Warfare) and later in Executive and Specialist roles. He fulfilled numerous operations and leadership positions both domestically and abroad.

Justin’s leadership roles leading up to his transition to 3ME Technology were focused in maritime, counter-terrorism, strategy and operations. Justin was attracted to 3ME Technology by the challenge and opportunity to make an impact in the energy revolution, recognising the powerful benefits and strong business case in the mining, military, and marine markets.

In his time as CEO, Justin has overseen a significant period of growth, taking 3ME Technology from just 3 to over 40 personnel in three years, and over 3X revenue growth in the last financial year.

Ankit Agarwal is a seasoned Product & Innovation Management Professional with corporate experience of over a decade across startups, conglomerate and consulting domains. His specialties include Intellectual Property, risk management, analytics, engineering and market research ranging across sectors such as Technology, Power and Logistics.

Presently, Ankit is leading the IP and Product Compliance Practices for GreyOrange India, a global software and mobile robotics provider that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimise fulfilment operations. In the past, he has been associated with unicorn startups such as Delhivery and integrated business conglomerate such as Adani Group and has helped them setup their engineering, R&D and IP divisions. 

While working as a Senior Consultant with CPA Global, Ankit collaborated with multiple Fortune 500 clients and advised them across wide spectrum of Intellectual Property with topics ranging from innovation planning to mergers & acquisitions. Besides, he also served as a Consultant to Morgan Stanley in technology & risk domain. Ankit is a Registered Patent Agent and and Electrical Engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi.

Jonathan Kelly has more than 20 years’ experience in private equity, specialising in growth capital investments in mid-sized Australian companies. Mason Advisory is a direct investment and advisory firm founded by Jonathan in 2020, focused on high-growth scale-up opportunities.

Prior to establishing Mason Advisory, Jonathan was a co-founder of Odyssey Private Equity, a mid-market private equity firm formed in 2017, and a former director of CHAMP Ventures. He has a successful track record across six funds totalling A$1.3bn and a range of industry sectors, including investments in sgfleet, Sea Swift, APB Modular and Amdel.

In his early career, Jonathan worked as an electrical engineer including manufacturing and development roles with Cochlear, an Australian biotechnology leader. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the AGSM and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.

Parag Thakre is a technology and innovation-focused multidisciplinary leader with 19+ years of industry experience in hands-on research and Intellectual Property. He is a curious and enthusiastic problem solver, with multiple inventions under his belt, many of which are already productised.

Parag has been leveraging holistic IP strategy and analytics as a business tool, including due diligence for crucial M&A deals and new investments. He played an instrumental role in setting up and developing an IP Monetisation & Valuation analytics team from the ground up that combined different skills of program management, technology, IP, market and finance & business modeling. He is also very active in the Indian startups and innovation ecosystems and passionate about enabling innovation, mentoring, commercialising technology & IP, starting and growing new ventures. In his present role, he is setting up a business for Dennemeyer in India to provide end-to-end IP services and solutions for local markets.

Parag is also associated as a Mentor with Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) that is Government of India’s flagship initiative to create and promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across the country.
