When multiple people review the same document, things can get crowded.

You can now choose how highlights are displayed to focus on your own work or scan team input, depending on what you need.

🗂️🔗 Organize and share with more flexibility: collections

Organizing documents is now more flexible and scalable, especially for teams handling large volumes of patent data.

You can now:

• Create folders within folders: Build a clear hierarchy to organize complex projects

• Share documents or entire folders: Make single files or full collections accessible to your team

• Use “Share with everyone”: Quickly give access across your organization

• Maintain structure when sharing: Folder layout stays intact, so others see the same organization
