Before joining Dennemeyer, she held senior leadership roles with several global IP service providers, serving as Director – North America and Global Channel Director. Over the course of her career, Kim has consistently driven commercial success through strategic sales initiatives, revenue retention, key partnerships, and growth planning.

Areas of expertise: commercial contracts, patents, IP strategy, portfolio management, technology commercialization, risk management, sales, key account management, negotiations, project management, as well as mentoring and coaching.

Dr. Michael Natterer

Managing Director, Octimine/Dennemeyer X-Labs

Dr. Michael Natterer co-founded Octimine Technologies and developed its core technology. His expertise includes business development, product innovation, AI, machine learning, and predictive patent analytics. Following Octimine's acquisition by the Dennemeyer Group in 2018, he continues to lead the company while also building the Dennemeyer X-Labs and Corporate Development units. He is a frequent speaker on AI and regularly moderates panels on emerging technologies. Michael has a strong background in technology, business, and entrepreneurship, holding a Ph.D. from the Max-Planck-Institute Munich & LMU Munich, specializing in large-scale machine learning with patent data.
