In the panel "Scaling Sovereign AI through Strategic Alliances," he reinforced Dennemeyer's focus on adopting and investing in AI and shared how partnerships and clear governance help build ecosystems that scale with trust. Key changes in NCL(13-2026) include optical products moving from class 9 to class 10 and emergency and rescue vehicles moving from class 9 to class 12. Filings before 2026 follow NCL(12-2025), while filings from January 1, 2026, must follow NCL(13-2026).
