David is the Assistant General Counsel & Chief Trademark Counsel for Honeywell International Inc. (Honeywell), a $40 billion Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader. In his role, David is responsible for all manner of trademark, copyright and domain name work for all of Honeywell’s businesses on a worldwide basis – from prosecution to enforcement and worldwide anti-counterfeiting efforts. David also is involved in Honeywell’s many mergers and acquisitions and transitioning of brands and has lead Honeywell’s legal review of and resolving issues related to the use of open source software.
