Katrin Fleischmann

Katrin Fleischmann leads the Learning & Development team. She is passionate about creating opportunities for all Dennemeyer employees to grow. Her academic background in e-learning and pedagogy, as well as her qualifications as a trainer, supports a wide range of learning and development opportunities at Dennemeyer.

Linzi Ronald

Linzi Ronald is an HR Development Partner with numerous years experience in the talent development sphere, specializing in training program design and delivery, performance management and coaching. Her passion is people! She enjoys developing individuals and teams and using assessment tools such as MBTI, 360’s and OPQ.

Eva Gonzalez

Eva Gonzalez is an HR Development Partner with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Teaching, HR and Coaching background. She has 15+ years of experience in different HR roles and applies her expertise to a variety of learning and development projects at Dennemeyer.

Sara Koivula

Sara Koivula has Master’s Degree in Education with 6 years of teaching experience at the Secondary level. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on the Learning Sciences at LMU. She is passionate about instructional design and developing engaging content and workshops targeted to the learners’ needs.
